Please be aware that Afterpay transactions are non-refundable.
Please note that Afterpay services are $30+ more than regular prices.

late arrival
Please note that if you arrive more than 9 minutes late, a $10 fee will be applied. Additionally, for every 5 minutes beyond that, a fee of 5 will be charged.

If you are 30 minutes late, the total fee will amount to $50, and your appointment may be canceled based on the stylist's discretion and their availability.

Please note that if you decide to cancel, your deposit will be credited to ur next appointment!
{You will have 15 days to reschedule. After 15 days ur deposit will be forfeited.
To avoid any additional charges, kindly contact us 24 hours before your scheduled session. Any Cancellations made on the same day of your session are an extra $15 fee.

For any reason, we need to cancel your session, we will refund your deposit fee and provide you with a discount for the inconvenience.

No Show/No Call Policy:
We understand that life can be unpredictable, but to maintain a smooth operation, we require clients to notify us if they cannot make their scheduled appointment.
A no-show or no-call will result in the forfeiture of your deposit fee and an additional charge of 10% of your service fee that will be charged to your card.
If this occurs repeatedly, we may have to restrict your ability to book future appointments with us.
