Thank you for selecting our services! offerpay along with other payment options at checkout. To book using Afterpay, please click on the designated page '[ AFTERPAY". Please be aware that Afterpay transactions are non-refundable, please know that afterpay services are $30+ more then regular prices .
late arrival
Please note that if you arrive more than 9 minutes late, a $10 fee will be applied. Additionally, for every 5 minutes beyond that, a fee of 5 will be charged. If you are 30 minutes late, the total fee will amount to $50, and your appointment may be canceled based on the stylist's discretion and their availability. Thank you for your understanding!

Please note that if you decide to cancel your deposit fee will be forfeited. To avoid any additional charges, kindly contact us 24 hours before your scheduled session. Any Cancellations made on the same day- 5 hours before your session is an extra $15 fee, which will be charged to your
card.
for any reason we need to cancel your session , we will refund your deposit fee and provide you with a discount for the inconvenience.

No Show/No Call Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable, but to maintain a smooth operation, we require clients to notify us if they cannot make their scheduled appointment. A no-show or no-call will result in the forfeiture of your deposit fee and an additional charge of 10% of your service fee that will be charged to u card.
If this occurs repeatedly, we may have to restrict your ability to book future appointments with us. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Welcome to our salon! For a comfortable experience, we kindly ask that you bring only one extra guest with you—no children, unless u have booked otherwise.

Kids Hair Services! We cater to children aged 5 to 11 old. Please note that children older than 11 are adults for hair services. We kindly ask that only one extra guardian accompany your child during their appointment. Be sure to book under our Kids for kids prices.

We confidently require the rest of full payment are paid before services begin.
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $30-50 or $100 is REQUIRED, with the remaining balance due on the day of your visit.
Payments are accepted via cash only( for now) We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with our services.
At our establishment, we have a clear Rescheduling Policy to provide an efficient experience for all clients.
$10 rescheduling fee will be charged for any changes made before 24 hours of your appointment. {example: time change]
If you wish to reschedule 5 days before ur session date, you will need to make a new appointment. Deposit will not be refundable
if you need to reschedule before 5 days of your appointment plz contact us
